EMpower Dancewear products are made for a snug fit, and therefore can run a bit on the smaller side, mainly in regards to the torso length. If you are unsure of what size to order, it is recommended to order the smaller size if you prefer a more snug fit, and the larger size if you prefer a slightly more relaxed fit. A new customisation option has been added to each listing for either a Standard of Long Body. There will be 1" added length in the Long Body option, spread evenly throughout the total length of the leotard.

The difference in pattern measurements between each size for leotards is 1" in length and 1" in width, evenly distributed over the total length and width of the leotard.  For men's tights and shorts, the difference in fit is 1" larger/smaller around the waist and hips, and 1/2" larger/smaller around each leg. There is a 3cm difference in length between sizes on tights, which are specified in individual listings.
